Contracts Practice

I regularly draft, review and negotiate contracts for individuals and businesses. Some of the more common contracts that I have handled are listed below:

• Business contracts:  I draft many different types of business contracts including contracts relating to the buying and selling of businesses, work for hire agreements, non-compete / non-competition agreements, and joint venture agreements. I also review commercial leases, and assist with general contracts and business advice.
• Franchising agreements:  I can assist with the preparation of a UFOC or the review of a UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) a/k/a FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document.) I can also assist with drafting, review and negotiation of franchise agreements, commercial leases, distributorships and licenses.
• Intellectual Property contracts:  Common intellectual property contracts on which I have counseled clients include non-disclosure agreements, patent licenses, trademark licenses, work for hire agreements and collaboration contracts.
